He means
“I’m a plastic, snobbish and stuck up guy - only looking for cute guys I want to have sex with to hang out with at the moment”

That is so true of about 60% of the gay guys. The others are mostly in relationships, or in another country! And straight women think it’s hard for them, at least we are in the same ball park in sexual orientation as these guys. I wonder if the Earth was actually a cube instead of a sphere, would that mean we would be able to corner someone?
